IFS Trained Pratictioner
You know that feeling, part of you wants one thing, another part wants something else entirely? A part that longs to rest, a part that won't let you stop?
I met this long before I had a name for it, through Gestalt and Voice Dialogue. Something still felt missing, so I kept looking, and in IFS (Internal Family Systems), I found it: the belief that there are no bad parts. Every part, however loud or wounded, is trying to help. It deserves to be known, not judged.
It's not unlike my logo, a tree growing from the mind, its roots reaching down into the Self. Each root is a part, planted in that same steady ground. The tree above is what grows when every part is rooted well.
When a part is finally seen, it can put down what it's been carrying, what IFS calls unburdening. That's usually the moment that changes everything. As an IFS trained Practitioner, I facilitate this process as a gentle journey of self-exploration and inner harmony, strictly tailored for personal growth and self-regulation.
