Where Exploring Together Naturally Awakens Your Strengths

  • What is the difference between counselling and coaching?
    Counselling focuses on exploring and healing past experiences or emotional challenges, offering a safe space to process and understand them.
    In contrast, coaching is future-oriented, helping clients set goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans for achieving desired outcomes.
    Counselling is ideal for emotional healing, while coaching empowers personal and professional growth.
    The choice depends on whether you wish to address the past or focus on the future.

  • I am a Professional Counsellor, a registered member of A.N.Co.Re. (nr. 335), which is affiliated with the International Association for Counselling (IAC), I am also a Professional Trainer with A.N.Co.Re. and a member of the Global Training Community (GTC) Website.
    For T.R.E., I am affiliated with Metodo T.R.E. Italy, the official Italian association representing T.R.E. practitioners.

  • T.R.E. (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a body-based method I use to help release stress, tension, and trauma through natural tremors. These gentle exercises activate the body’s self-regulation system, helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and connected. Many people notice improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a greater sense of ease in their daily lives.
  • S.A.T. (Somatic Attachment Therapy) combines body awareness with attachment theory to support healing from emotional and relational wounds. I help you tune into your body’s signals and build a stronger sense of safety, connection, and self-awareness.
  • Systemic NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) looks at how our thoughts, language, and behaviours are shaped by both our inner experiences and the systems around us, like family, culture, or relationships. I use NLP tools to gently shift limiting patterns and support meaningful, lasting change.
  • How does Hatha Yoga support counselling? I sometimes integrate elements of Hatha Yoga, such as breathwork, mindful movement, and body awareness, into sessions to support emotional regulation and grounding. These gentle practices can help you reconnect with your body, calm the nervous system, and create a deeper sense of presence and inner balance. No prior yoga experience is needed, and it's always optional, guided in a way that feels safe and accessible for you.
  • How does breathwork support counselling? As a trained breathwork facilitator, I guide you through techniques designed to ease stress, boost mental clarity, and foster emotional healing. These practices help you connect with your inner experience and cultivate a balanced state of mind. I introduce each technique slowly and sensitively, ensuring you feel secure and in control at every step.
  • Where will my session take place?
    I primarily offer in-person sessions in the peaceful setting of my home in Cuasso al Monte, Italy. However, since I work with people from all over the world, I also specialise in online sessions. I usually use Zoom, but I’m happy to accommodate other platforms if that works better for you.
    No matter where we connect, my goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard, supported, and free to explore your journey.
